On the millenary Via Francigena, in the stages between Pontremoli and Aulla, peeks out the pretty Borgo di Cotto,
fraction of Fivizzano in the province of Massa-Carrara in Tuscany. The village has 29 inhabitants of which 15 are

di proseguire verso le loro mete che spesso avevano in Roma solo la tappa intermedia che poi li avrebbe
portati in Puglia e da lì verso Gerusalemme. Sicuramente, Borgo di Cotto è ancora oggi un luogo dove si
può ritrovare una dimensione a stretto contatto con la Natura rigogliosa che, qui, non teme la presenza
dell`uomo. Inoltre, nonostante il borgo sia così piccolo, persiste una meravigliosa Pieve medievale, dove
viene celebrata messa tutte le domeniche.
